Processing time

Your order is special to us, we prepare it with the utmost care, and the preparation time of which may vary depending on the product. For more details, check the individual items or contact us.

Estimated shipping times

to THE USA: 3 - 5 business days (USPS mostly), international shipping: 10-15 days (USPS mostly.)

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We are so sorry, but we can’t take responsibilities for lost, damaged, and late shipping.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Studio Reta are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We accept returns made within 5 days contact with us (reta86@gmail.com) and you should send the items in 10 days after delivery. Please note that the cost of returning the item is to be paid by you, on the package should be a written sign of RETURN ORDER. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for damages and shipping costs.

Exchange and cancel

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations – if you have any problem with your order please contact us.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged – unless they arrive damaged
