About the workshop

Join us for an exciting in-person event where you can unleash your inner artist and learn the basics of watercolor painting. In this workshop, we will focus on painting beautiful botanicals: leaves and flowers. Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to refine your skills, this event is perfect for you. Don't worry if you've never picked up a paintbrush before - our experienced instructor will guide you through the process step by step. You'll learn various techniques, such as color mixing and brush strokes, to create stunning botanical elements and mini compositions. We give you all the tools we need for the painting, you don't have to bring anything with you.

Because this is a beginner beginner-friendly event, you don’t need to know anything about watercolor and illustration, the teacher will help you personally along the way.

With these 3 hours of experience, you will be able to use many supplies (brush, paper, colors, and more), and different techniques and use the basics of watercolor techniques to paint beautiful botanical artworks.

The class will focus on painting (and doing exercises with) botanicals such as plants and flowers realistically. You get pre-drawn pieces, but you can draw your own illustrations too!

By the end of the course, you will have gained a wider experience in building up shapes using different layers and techniques, and you will be able to choose what you prefer in your art.
